We care a lot for our customers. So, unlike many other websites that follow many strict rules and policies, is providing you with free shipping all over the world. This free shipping deal will not remain as it is for so long We can change this rule at any time. The purpose of free shipping is intended because we want you to enjoy your events with your desired look. This can be done only if you get your parcel on time quickly. So, we struggle a lot to make our shipping services easier for all of you.

How long does it take to deliver the order?

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible and ensure that you receive it within 8 to 10 business days. We make it possible for our customers to receive their orders without any hassle in the shortest possible time. We usually take 12 to 15 days to ship custom orders. If you want the expedited shipping then you obviously have to pay some extra pennies for that. If you pay for the expedited shipping then your order will be delivered to you within 4 to 6 working days no matter how much customization it contains. We work on business days from Monday to Friday. Also, note that if you place the order after 1 pm then it will be counted in the list of orders placed on the next day. 

We choose the best courier service for our customers to deliver the parcel to their doorstep. We try to ship all parcels through express premium deliveries like FedEx, DHL. When we dispatch our order, it usually takes a few working days to get your parcel ordered at your place with safe shipping. We deliver all over the world except a few countries where we can’t make shipments. These include Israel, Brazil, Iran, Iraq and many other sanctioned countries.

Our all shipments are done on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. We don’t ask for any extra charges before dispatching orders. If you face so then it’s all up to you to check where the system default is. You can ask your customs office to check what these extra charges are going to be before picking your parcel up.

For the privacy and security of the customer’s parcel, we make sure that while receiving your order signature must be done. For your ease, we, therefore, don’t deliver to PO box addresses because in such cases order misplacement issues arise that are more difficult to be handled after.

A tracking number is provided after we dispatch the parcel. It is a very comfortable service for the customer than to track their parcel to check where it has been reached. It is requested to not share your tracking id with any other person. It is all up to the customer to contact Courier Company if their order is not yet delivered or is on hold by the company. If the company delivers an order at the time when the customer isn’t at home then it’s all your responsibility to contact them and ask for your parcel to be delivered. If they try to deliver the parcel at your place any time, and still you’re not available at the spot then we’re not responsible in that case if Courier Company destroyed your parcel after multiple attempts.

If the customer places multiple items at a time so to avoid multiple transactions we try to dispatch the order in a single parcel to avoid unnecessary time wastage. When the parcel is dispatched once then we can not line up a new schedule to deliver to a different address. Only courier service at your place can help you then in this regard You can contact their office to make them agree to dispatch a courier to a new address.

After a successful payment, the customer is notified via an email of order confirmation.

No shipping charges for the USA, Canada, and the UK excluding the local areas. Elsewhere in the world, the shipping is charged including the remote areas.
