30-Day Hassle-Free Return Process
Within 30 days of delivery, you can easily make a return request if the item doesn’t meet your expectations.
Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased directly at [email protected]. Our team will accept returns under the following conditions.
- The return request can be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- The item should be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging should be intact.
- The item should not be labeled as final sale, clearance, or custom-made.
Note: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, subject to the conditions mentioned above.
How To Request a Return?
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] along with the following information:
- Your full name and contact info
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reasons for the return
- At least 2 clear photos (required if the item is damaged or defective)
Our support team will respond within 24 hours to initiate your return request.
Return Shipping Instructions
On your return request, our team will review and initiate the process. If your return is approved:
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Ship the item in its original packaging to the address provided by our team.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Reimburse Label
After reviewing your request, our team will send you a return label. Attach the RAN mentioned on the label to the delivery box and send the item back to the address provided by the team.
Please remember: Do not send any returns without prior authorization.
Exchanges
- If you are not satisfied with the product, size, or color, you can exchange the item. We are happy to exchange products without any hassle.
- You can return the original item, following the return process.
- Place a new order for the preferred item to get your desired item.
Please note: For returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for courier charges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized jackets.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Request made after 30 days of delivery.
- If the item misses the original packaging or tags.
- Items that are worn, altered, or damaged due to misuse.
What if the Item is Damaged or Defective?
We advise you to check the item upon delivery. If the product is damaged or faulty, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Please share the product photo or video, order number, and description of the defect with our team at [email protected]. We are pleased to assist you in the best possible manner.
Faulty Workmanship?
If the product is defective in quality or workmanship, contact our customer support via email to address the issue.
Received Wrong Item?
If you have received a different item from what you ordered, please contact [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
Order Amendments and Cancellations
