Our easy return or exchange policy allows the customers to return/ exchange products for up to 30 days starting from the date when the product was delivered.
The return policy is applicable when
There is no alteration of the product by the buyer.
If the tags are attached to the product
If the product is in original condition unused and undamaged.
The complaint about the product is from our end. We will make the exchange to satisfy you.
If you have faced any issue regarding the wrong shipment or change in color, size or design then feel free to contact us via mail at email@example.com. Click your product’s picture and send us, and make sure you mention the issue properly. But also keep in mind that this refund policy is not applicable to customized items.
Buyers will be reimbursed in the same method of payment used to pay for the item.
Money Back (Same method used to pay, whether Debit/Credit Card payment)
After the product is shipped if you find any dissimilarity, defect, or damage in it you can let us know within 3 days. Otherwise, we would fail to offer to resolve the issue after the mentioned time.
Customers can easily return the defective item within 30 days of purchase globally.
There may be a slight change in the color of the product due to the difference in the screen resolution.
Postage and Packaging

At Leatherjacketz, if the customer desires for product return they are more likely to bear the product return shipping cost and 10% restocking fee.
Cancellation of Order
In case of order cancellation product can only be shipped if a customer requests before the product has been shipped. After the product is dispatched customer can apply for the return process. Please note: Refund will not be given who refuse to accept the parcel.
If you want to exchange the size of the item with any other product or a different size than the one you ordered then you must contact our support team.
For correct sizing, we offer size selection assistance and detailed size charts. If you are not satisfied with the size you can reach our customer support team through email or social media platforms.
