The Refund Policy is applicable when:

• There is no alternation of the product by the buyer.
• If the tags are not removed by the buyer.
• If the product returned is in the good shape or unused and in the original form shipped to you by us.
• The complaint about the product is from our end we will make either refund or exchange as per your satisfaction.

Return Policy

To return the item you can contact our customer support via Chat, Email, or Social Media Platform. In order to solve your complaint, you must send the images of the product and highlight the problem you are facing. So, our team can investigate whether the product is eligible for exchange or return as per the above-mentioned conditions.

Policy applies when:

• If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery. Please raise the return request on Leather Jacketz. A return request must be made within 30 days for the Leatherjacketz item from the date of delivery.
• The product or item does not match with the original specification or the product doesn’t found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

Exchange Policy

• Items purchased from our leatherjacketz can be sent back for exchange via contacting our customer support team.
• Leather Jacketz allows its customers to exchange the purchased items subject to conditions. The exchange will be allowed if:
• The customer has submitted a request for exchange ( via email, or social media) within the 14 days of working days of receipt of the purchased item.
• The customer in his or her request for exchange has stated the reason why he or she wished to exchange the item.
• The item is in its original packing and the price tag is intact.
• It has no emitted, odors, perfume, scents or stains, or anything which suggests the item was washed or used.

Restocking Fee

Looking for a product return? Leather Jacketz offers the product return but the customer is liable to pay the return shipping and restocking fee of $10.
